Valve body manufacturing technology

Casting allows for complex valve body structures, offering high efficiency and controllable costs in batch production, making it the preferred choice for medium and low pressure applications; forging refines the grain size, improving mechanical properties by over 30%, and is suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications. Both types of blanks undergo “rough machining – finish machining – precision testing” to ensure accurate sealing.

Valve body surface processing technology
