Quantitative Control Unit
Commonly Measured Media
Quantitative control boxes are suitable for water treatment chemical dosing, construction site water supply, chemical batching, fluid filling, oil filling, agricultural irrigation, plant water control and boiler water replenishment. Equipped with flow meters for accurate liquid measurement, it can automatically start and stop equipment at preset flow rates, widely used in various liquid quantitative conveying applications.
Product Overview
The quantitative control system is a specialized automated device designed for precise quantitative control, with its core components consisting of a quantitative control box, solenoid valve, flow sensor, and pump. It features a compact structure and reasonable configuration, and can be widely applied in various scenarios requiring precise control of fluid usage, specifically covering multiple quantitative control requirements such as quantitative water addition, quantitative batching, quantitative feeding, and quantitative canning, suitable for refined operations in multiple fields including industrial production, food processing, and chemical batching.
Among them, the EasyControl Quantitative Control System features flexible and diverse control modes, enabling multi-dimensional precise control based on actual working conditions: it can independently control pumps, solenoid valves, and flow sensors respectively, or simultaneously control pumps and solenoid valves to work in coordination. Through the efficient cooperation of various components, it precisely controls the fluid quantitative process, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of each quantitative operation and effectively avoiding errors caused by manual operation.
The system relies on mature control logic, is equipped with precision flow detection components, is easy to operate, runs stably, can significantly improve the efficiency of quantitative operations, reduce material waste, lower labor costs, provide reliable and efficient automated solutions for various scenarios requiring standardized and precise quantitative control, and help users achieve standardized production and refined management.
Composition of the Quantitative Control System
Solenoid Valve: Used to control the on-off of pipelines and achieve precise start and stop of flow.
Flow Sensor: Detects the flow rate of the medium in the pipeline in real time and outputs a signal to the Control Unit.
Quantitative Controller/Box: As the core of the system, it receives the flow signal, compares it with the set value, and outputs control instructions.
Workflow of the Quantitative Control System
Manually enter the required value: Set the target flow rate or quantitative value on the quantitative control box.
The flowmeter outputs the flow signal to the Control Unit: the flow sensor collects flow data in real time and transmits it to the Control Unit.
When the flow rate reaches the set value, the Control Unit shuts off the pump and solenoid valve to complete the dosing operation. The control box automatically cuts off the pump and solenoid valve based on the signal to complete the dosing operation.
