The four – wire ultrasonic level gauge is a non – contact liquid (material) level measuring instrument, consisting of an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic control host. This product adopts a modular circuit design, with a military – quality multi – layer PCB board. The hardware structure is compact and the layout is reasonable.
This product features a 16 – key operation menu, supports isolated 4 – 20mA output, HART communication, and has built – in wireless data transmission functions such as GPRS/GPS/4G. The device has an internal storage capacity of 500,000 records, supports data export via USB, and can also add modules to achieve other functions according to customer requirements.
This product can meet most liquid level and material level measurement requirements without coming into contact with industrial media, completely solving the disadvantages of traditional measurement methods such as entanglement, blockage, leakage, medium corrosion, and inconvenient maintenance of pressure – type, capacitive, and float – type gauges. Therefore, it can be widely applied in various fields related to material level and liquid level monitoring and control.

Installation Method

In an open environment, it is common to use a bracket for installation, fixing the instrument with the built – in flange. Cut a circular hole, slightly larger than the probe diameter (60mm), at the installation site of the pond or tank. Insert the instrument and then tighten the flange from bottom to top. The installation must ensure that the probe surface of the instrument is parallel to the measured liquid level.
